These are the terms for using Deadliner. They are short on purpose.
Deadliner is a study planner for your own personal use. You may use it for anything lawful. You may not use it to harass anyone, to send people things they have not asked for, or to break into parts of the service that are not yours.
An account is optional and free. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. If you think somebody else has it, reset it from the app.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@dead-liner.com from the address on it. We may close an account that is being used to harass people.
Your tasks, classes, notes and files are yours. We do not claim any ownership of them and we do not use them to train anything. Most of them never leave your phone at all — the privacy policy lists exactly what does.
When you join a squad, the other members can see when you start a focus session and which class it is for, unless you turn that off in Settings. When you send a class schedule, anyone holding that link can open it. Share links with people you mean to share them with.
Deadliner is provided as it is. It is a planner, not a backup service and not a system of record: keep anything you cannot afford to lose somewhere else as well. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, and we are not liable for missed deadlines, lost work, or any other loss arising from using or being unable to use the app, to the fullest extent the law allows.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after that means the new terms apply.
